The inspiration of Caravan Open Stage is to provide a space for artists and performers to take risks, challenge themselves, and know they have a space that will always welcome something completely new and terrifying.
Thank you to our supportive audiences who keep this aspiration, a truth.

It was founded in the Fall of 2011 by Ali Tataryn. It was made possible by the generous donation of Will O'Donnel's sound gear, and the encouragement and weekly support of Roman Kravets, Dawson Blaine, Grant Trippel, Heather Lovatt, Steven Evans and Aimee Siple. As of Spring 2012, Ali has found multiple hosts to carry the Caravan Torch, including Aimee Siple, Stephen Evans and Matt Moskal, Paul Little, Matty Rygiel, Ronel Amata.

A truely sincere thank-you to everyone who has so generously kept this vision alive and thriving.
