Frame Arts Warehouse

Frame Arts Warehouse is an Arts Hub in the Centennial Neighbourhood (North Exchange District) located at 316-318 Ross Ave. comprised of a working relationship between F.R.A.M.E. (Functional Residences [& Studio Spaces] for Artists and Media Enterprises) and Frame Projects Inc., a not-for-profit organization dedicated to building collaborative community through developing accessible and affordable arts programming, gallery and production space.

We are a 5-story building located at 316-318 Ross Ave. Frame Arts Warehouse offers individual studio space, shared studios and offices, multi-use rentals. We support persons and organizations interested in promoting arts in the community and as a transformative method of expression.  With over 25 studio spaces in over 40,000 square feet, and 4 multi-use and gallery spaces, Frame has transformed a 5-story sewing factory into a lively, creative hub for exploration and collaboration in the arts. Frame actively supports motivated artists by providing "the bare bones" at an affordable rate, to allow the artist the opportunity to build their ideas into reality.
